Things you should know before booking

​A deposit is required for booking an appointment. The amount requested for deposit will be deducted from the total of your service(s). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours from appointment. If by any chance you can not make your appointment and fail to let staff know within a 48 hour time frame you will lose your deposit. It is non refundable & non transferable. 

Please be on time. We like to service one client at a time so arriving on time is crucial and guarantees that your stylist can remain on time. Please be considerate of the clients coming after you as the one before you is being considerate of you. If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit is not refundable.

You will receive an appointment reminder two days prior to your appointment. You will receive an email and/or text immediately after you book. In the event you do not receive an appointment reminder your appointment was not booked correctly. 

Please arrive with your previous style already removed and your hair detangled. If your hair is extremely tangled you will be charged for time spent detangling. This also may result in your hair not being completed in your desired style. Each service has an allotted time frame and we cannot exceed the time allotted.

If you have excess oils (coconut, olive, etc;) in your hair you will have to shampoo before you come to get some of the oil out the hair. Your hair will be shampooed again by your stylist once you arrive but oily hair will not guarantee great results for a silk press. 

All services include shampooing. There is no need to come with your already shampooed unless you have excess oil in your hair. We will shampoo it again.
