Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Once an order has been processed it takes 1-3 business days for processing. We will ship out your insured order via USPS and provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is confirmed. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Lace wigs and bundles will require signature.
Also, during abnormal weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays please allow extra time as these delays are beyond our control.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are FINAL. The product may be exchanged in-store or online only if you receive a damaged product. The product must be returned unused and unworn and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lcvickerssalon@gmail.com and send your item to: LC Vickers Salon 1870 N. Olden Ave. Ewing, NJ 08618, United States or you can bring in-store.

LC Vickers Salon will cover shipping costs if a product is damaged or defective.
